  • Max spokojenost kromě hlučné lednice v apartmánu.

  • Stěžování personálu na nezaplacenou výplatu během snídaně. Za tohle ale může majitel, nikoliv zoufalý personál.

  • Very friendly and charming ladies at the reception room, helpful in any situation. The apartment (nr13) extremely comfortable with its two seperate big rooms (both fit out with a tv set), big and ergonomic bathroom. Tasty and diversified choice of breakfast options. The hotel is placed very close to historical centre with all its attractions, but in a silent lane, where noises of touristic traffic are not disturbing for the residence guests. Our impressions are more than positive. Recomending a lot!!!!

  • We visited Olomouc in days of enormous heat and airconditioning would be soothing. But nice lady at the reception offered us a big electric fan to our room and it helped a lot!
